Luxury apartment community in Waukee celebrates grand opening
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Marks Opening of The Winhall of Williams Pointe
West Des Moines, IA (April 10, 2013) – The Winhall of Williams Pointe, a new luxury apartment community located along University Avenue in Waukee, celebrated its grand opening on Tuesday, April 9. The project is being developed by Hubbell Realty Company along with equity partner Persimmon Capital Partners, located in Washington, DC.
Speakers included Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce Board President Vickie Dornfeld, Persimmon Capital Partners Managing Member William Angrick, Hubbell Realty Company Senior Vice President Property Management Krista Capp and Hubbell Realty Company Vice President Development Kris Saddoris. Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce members, Hubbell Realty Company vendors and subcontractors, and Hubbell Realty Company executives and associates helped Angrick cut the ceremonial ribbon to mark the occasion.

Construction of The Winhall began in May 2012. Currently, four of the eight buildings are completed as well as the community clubhouse. The remainder of the buildings will be delivered throughout 2013. In total, the $18.76 million development will consist of 206 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The apartment homes at The Winhall of Williams Pointe feature contemporary interiors, soaring ceilings, fireplaces, attached garages and storage units. Community amenities include a swimming pool, playground and clubhouse with community room, theater room, business center, internet café, and 24-hour fitness center.
